Everyone should have at least one float in their lifetime. Very relaxing. You begin your float with a shower. Then it’s in the water for a full hour. With the lights out, you’re in complete darkness or you can put on a small light in the tub. Both are relaxing. The salt in the water is amazing. Their shower has bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Felt great after the float. Body pain was definitely reduced, at least for a while.

This was my first float experience. The owner went out of her way to make sure my questions were answered and that I was comfortable. Floating itself was indescribable. During the float, my mind relaxed and my body felt at ease, but even afterwards I still had that relaxed feeling (not to mention I slept like a log).
